JobServer.NET is built specifically for deployment on Microsoft Windows Server.

JobServer.NET can be deployed on any 64 bit version of Microsoft Windows Server that supports .NET Framework 4.8. The management application can also be separately installed on any version of Windows that supports .NET Framework 4.8. JobServer.NET is natively built for and runs on Microsoft Windows operating systems.

While JobServer.NET is built for the organizations that have built their operations around the Microsoft ecosystem, there are components within JobServer.NET that are capable of and do work with other platforms and services that are commonly found throughout modern enterprises. Example: the FTP Copy module works with FTP services that might be running on any type of host system, including various Linux distributions and more.
